Welcome to "Yomenu" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

The App may collect the following types of data:

• Account Information: When you choose to sign in with a Google or Apple account, we collect your email address and display name through the Supabase authentication service for account identification purposes.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymous app usage statistics through Firebase Analytics, such as feature usage frequency, screen views, etc., to improve the app experience.
• Device Information: Including device model, operating system version, and other technical information to ensure app compatibility and debugging.
• Crash Reports: Crash information and error logs are automatically collected through Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability.
• Ad Interaction Data: Ads displayed in the free version may collect interaction data such as ad impressions, clicks, and viewing duration.
• Ad Tracking (iOS): The App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to request your consent before tracking your activity. You can change your tracking authorization at any time in iOS system settings. If you decline tracking, ads will still be displayed but will not be personalized based on your activity across other apps or websites.

2. Purpose of Data Use

The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Dynamically adjusting app features through remote configuration

Your data is primarily stored locally on your device. If you choose to sign in to an account, certain data (such as subscription status) may be synchronized to cloud services (Supabase) through encrypted connections.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics (Google): For anonymous usage statistical analysis

• Firebase Remote Config (Google): For dynamically adjusting app settings
• Google AdMob: For displaying ads (free version)

• Adapty: For subscription service and purchase management

These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we recommend that you review them. We have confirmed that the above third-party service providers offer data protection standards equal to or higher than those of this Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our analytics tools have children's privacy protection settings (COPPA) enabled. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

• Request deletion of your personal data
• Delete your account at any time within the app (Settings > Delete Account)
